Uniform Exchange
There will be curb-side drop off all this week for any of your uniform exchange items.
The Uniform exchange team is in need of a volunteer to store boys sizes (size 16+) throughout the year. This person would need to be able to store one or two plastic bins in his/her home or garage and fill parent requests when these come in. Please contact Lisa Exceen at 201-9830.
Without the help of parent volunteers, who house, mend and fill orders, this valuable ministry would not be possible. If you have used the uniform exchange, please consider serving on the team.

Enrollment Clarification
This is the season of kids relaying bits of information about next year. We've heard it all from, "We're moving to New Jersey," to, "I'm skipping a grade and starting high school early."
Please do the school a favor and let us know if your plans have changed since re-enrollment. We need to approve transfers, set class sizes and make definitive personnel changes, and all of them hinge on enrollment.
Please email Mrs. Godfrey (tgodfrey@stoneybrooke.com) with any updated information.

$500 Tuition Credit
Stoneybrooke Christian Schools is announcing two ways to receive a substantive tuition credit for school year 2009/2010:
Effective May 15-October 15, 2009, Stoneybrooke parents who refer a new family to the school (and the referred family enrolls) will receive a $500 "thank you" credit applied to their October 2009 tuition bill.
This summer referral can take place in two ways:
First, just make sure your friends and family members hear from you about our school. Remind them to indicate your name when they enroll, and you will receive the tuition discount. (There is a place on the enrollment forms to indicate who actually referred them to Stoneybrooke.) If the new family indicates that more than one family referred them to Stoneybrooke, the $500 credit will be appropriately divided.
Secondly, to make it is even easier; you can call the school (364 4407) or email us at tgodfrey@stoneybrooke.com with your friends' information, and we will contact them for you. We will work with the potential family to answer questions, set up an interview or observation time and so on. All you have to do is send along their information, and if they enroll for this fall, the $500 tuition credit will appear on your statement in October.
Either of these opportunities can be a blessing to both your family and the school. So please take a moment and consider whom you might refer Stoneybrooke's way.
We do appreciate your help.

Payment Plan for School Year 09/10
As you know, the board has approved an additional payment plan for next school year. Parents may now choose a 10-month payment plan (August 2009 through May 2010) or a 12-month plan (August 2009 through July 2010). Our business office needs to know your preference before we adjourn for summer vacation.
Please take a moment and email Debra Barrett at DBarrett@stoneybrooke.com and let her know your preference. If we do not hear from you by July 1st, we will assume you wish to continue on a 10-month payment plan.
